Your College Concierge (“YCC”) is a higher education consulting practice with an online platform where college students, college-bound students, and their parents can find resources, tools, services, products and advice to help them get into, pay for and thrive in college. The platform is consists of three components: 

 

1)  a curated virtual ‘library’ comprised of articles, resources and various college-related instructional content, provided both by YCC and by individual, third-party content providers; 

 

2) a curated directory comprised of individual, third-party college planning professionals; and

 

3) a curated marketplace comprised of individual, third party sellers of college-related products and materials. 

 

YCC third¬-party sellers, service providers and content providers are not YCC employees. They run their own shops, create their own policies, and are fully responsible for their own content, posts, inventory, service/product fulfillment, shipments, results, labeling, defects, complaints and returns. 

Access to and use of the YCC platform is only granted to third party providers and sellers who are at least 18 years of age and warrant that they, their employees, contractors, representatives and agents who may perform work for them, are properly and fully qualified. They represent that they are experienced to perform those services and/or offer the products they sell; that they hold and maintain any and all licenses required to offer and provide the services or sell the products they offer; and that they are in compliance with all applicable laws or regulations to which they may be subject in the jurisdiction(s) in which they offer to provide their services and/or sell their products. 

Third party content providers, service providers and sellers are responsible for ensuring they have all necessary rights to the content they post, the services they provide and the products they sell. Further, all third party providers and sellers warrant that they are not infringing or violating any third party’s rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, in the posting of content, sale of products or delivery of services.

By registering on, accessing or using the YCC platform to offer, post or provide advice, services or products, third party providers and sellers represent and warrant that they meet these requirements. 

YCC assumes no responsibility for the accuracy, labeling, or content of third-party listings. YCC reserves the right to disable any listing, shop, post or account that violates any of these terms, does not accurately represent their services or products, provides dishonest information to YCC, uses text, photos or videos that are discriminatory, hateful or illegal or that infringes on another party’s intellectual property.
